MX Motocross
Horsepower. It's
only valuable when it gets to the ground. And, with its
long-stroke engine and tractable powerband, turning
horsepower into quicker lap times is something the mx

For 1999,
the RMX250 combines smooth power delivery with more kick
across the powerband. Its crankshaft has less inertia to
allow the engine to rev more quickly, which you'll feel
as stronger acceleration, and everyone else will see as a
monster roost. To increase mid- to high-rpm power, the
cylinder features new port shape and timing, while the
PowerJet carburetor has an improved spray pattern. In
addition, the exhaust valve has been modified to deliver
more consistent power throughout the powerband. For
better engine performance overall, the crankcase's
cylinder base intake area has been revised.

The 1999 RM125. One step closer to making you the
rider who sets the pace.
It features new inverted Twin Chamber forks, combining
the responsiveness of a conventional design with the
strength and rigidity of inverted forks. Complemented by
an extensively refined rear shock absorber with more
progressive damping, the new suspension provides smooth
action on rough, one-line tracks. On wide-courses,
it soaks up the gnarliest bumps, letting you wick it up
on the straights with confidence.
